Tucker, GA — RudHil Commercial, in collaboration with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC), TrueFund Financial Services, and King of Kings, proudly announces the official launch of the Growth Owners initiative and the ribbon-cutting ceremony for RudHil Commercial’s new office in Tucker, GA.
This transformative program is designed for entrepreneurs who may not yet realize the power they have to create lasting wealth by strategically opening and expanding their businesses.
Through Growth Owners, RudHil Commercial and its partners are bridging the gap using proven methods that have already helped commercial tenants become property owners—and even investors in the very properties where they once rented space or began their entrepreneurial journey.

Applications open November 8, 2025, and close December 10, 2025.
The first cohort will begin in January 2026, with only 30 entrepreneurs selected for this exclusive opportunity.
